Add a countdown to your Home Screen
- Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen until the apps jiggle.
- Tap Edit in the top corner, then Add Widget.
- Search for Marked Days, choose a size and tap Add Widget.
The widget shows your soonest countdown. To show a different one, touch and hold the widget, tap Edit Widget and choose the event. The same steps are in the app under Settings, How to add a widget.
Add one to your Lock Screen
Touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, choose Lock Screen, then tap the space under the clock and pick Marked Days.
A reminder didn't arrive
Check that notifications are on for Marked Days in Settings, Notifications. Reminders go out at 9am on the days you picked. iOS keeps at most 64 reminders waiting at once, so if you have a lot of countdowns, the app keeps the soonest ones and says so in its Settings.
Getting a new iPhone
In the app, go to Settings, Export a backup, and save the file to iCloud Drive or Files. On the new iPhone, open Settings, Restore from a backup and pick that file. Restoring only adds countdowns that aren't already there, so it never deletes anything.
Restore a Plus purchase
Open the app's Settings and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
